We at THE WINK BABE LLC are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. Due to the nature of our services and the products we offer, we have implemented a strict no-refund and no-chargeback policy. Please read the following carefully before engaging our services:
Service Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our lash services and products. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a resolution that satisfies both parties.
Consultation and Agreement: Prior to providing our services, we conduct a thorough consultation with each client to ensure clear communication and understanding of expectations. During this consultation, we will address any questions or concerns you may have regarding our services, products, or policies. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
No-Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered or products purchased, including but not limited to lash extensions, products, or related services.
No-Chargeback Policy: By engaging our services and completing payment, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks through your bank or credit card issuer. Chargebacks can incur additional fees and penalties for both parties involved and may result in legal action to recover lost funds.
Satisfaction Guarantee: While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns about the quality of your lash service or product, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment or purchase, and we will work with you to address and resolve any issues.
Appointment Arrival: Upon arrival, please send a message and wait in your car until we notify you that we are ready to service you.
Guest Policy: For the safety of our clients and staff, no additional guests, children, or pets are allowed at your appointment. Cellphones must be set on silent, and no food or drinks are permitted. Snacks and water will be provided if needed.
Health and Safety: If you are sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your appointment. THE WINK BABE LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone showing symptoms upon arrival.
Booking Fee Policy: A $30 booking fee is required to book your appointment and must be paid at the time of booking. The fee will go towards your balance, and the remaining amount is due following the service. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred ONCE to a future appointment rebooked within 30 days of initial appointment.
Payment Policy: The remaining balance is due in full on the day of your appointment. We accept Cash, Zelle, or online payment. Please note that Zelle and online payments will incur additional fees. We do not accept personal checks.
Price and Policy Changes: Prices, policies, and promotions are subject to change at any time without notice. As a service-based business, all transactions are final, and no refunds will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours will follow the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. Cancellations or rescheduling less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 80% of the scheduled service price. No-call, no-shows will result in being unable to book in the future.
Late Policy: Please arrive on time to your appointment. Notify us if you anticipate being 15 minutes late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, forfeiture of your deposit, and an 80% charge of the service total.
Refill Policy: Lashes must have at least 40% remaining on each eye and be within 21 days of the initial appointment for a refill. Less than 40% remaining may require a full set and may need to be rescheduled due to time constraints. Foreign lash fills are not accepted. Mini-fill pricing applies to appointments booked within 1.5 weeks from the last appointment and must have 70% lashes remaining.

We take pride in creating unique lash sets tailored to each individual client. However, it's important to understand that results may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to:
Skin type
Natural lashes
Hair growth cycle
Eye shape
Lifestyle
Medications taken
Compliance with Pre-care & Aftercare instructions
Retention and Aftercare:
Depending on lifestyle and aftercare practices, lash retention may vary. We advise clients to adhere to our Pre-care & Aftercare instructions to maintain optimal results. Please note that if issues arise within the first 48 hours after your appointment, please notify us immediately, and any necessary adjustments will be made free of charge. After 48 hours, clients are financially responsible for any fees associated with adjustments or maintenance.
Allergic Reactions:
While allergic reactions are rare, they may occur. If you experience any allergic reactions, please contact us immediately, and we will remove the extensions free of charge. However, please note that we are not liable for any reactions that may occur after leaving our studio.
Client Responsibility:
It's important for clients to understand that once they leave our studio, we cannot control external factors that may affect their lashes. While we strive to provide the best results possible, there are many variables at play. Therefore, clients are responsible for their lashes' care and maintenance between appointments.
